Your complete satisfaction with all purchases of the SYM Collection is our main priority. 

Store credits with a one (1) year expiration date are available if any items are received damaged or defective in any capacity.

 

We do not offer cash refunds.

Include: Your order number as the subject of said email (order numbers are located on all order confirmation emails)

 

Attach a photo of the damage or defective aspect of your return-package unworn/not used, tag intact item, and return via USPS
Once your return is received (customer responsible for return shipping) and processed, you will be notified via email. 

 

Store credits minus original shipping and handling are issued within five (5) business days of completed return process. 

 

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase at no cost/penalty.
